Welcome to Threading Queen Beauty by Sujata. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms help protect both you, the client, and us, the service provider, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all.

Your time is valuable, and so is ours

We kindly ask all clients to:

Arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.

Notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Late arrivals may result in a reduced treatment time or cancellation, depending on availability.

Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in a booking deposit being required in the future.

Fair pricing with no hidden costs

All prices are listed clearly on our website or communicated at the time of booking. We accept payments via cash or electronic transfer at the salon. Any promotional discounts must be applied at the time of booking and cannot be added retrospectively.

We stand by the quality of our treatments

If you are unsatisfied with any aspect of your treatment, please let us know within 48 hours. We’ll do our best to resolve concerns fairly and promptly. Sujata takes great pride in hygiene, professionalism, and ensuring every client feels cared for.

Please inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or sensitivities prior to your treatment so we can tailor our service to your needs safely.

Your well being is our highest priority

We follow strict hygiene protocols including:

Sanitising tools and surfaces between each client

Using disposable applicators when required

Maintaining a clean, relaxing, and professional space at all times

Clients exhibiting symptoms of contagious conditions (e.g. cold sores, flu, skin infections) may be asked to reschedule for health and safety reasons.

Celebrating our work with your consent

With your permission, we may take before-and-after photos of your treatment to showcase our results on social media or our website. Consent will always be requested and respected. You may opt out at any time.

Your personal information stays private
